How to make strong better biceps

Updated on July 7, 2012

Welcome to Build Better biceps

When it comes to body building, who refuses the importance of good, healthy biceps. For many body builders, the most important part of their body is their biceps. But healthy biceps requires good techniques and workouts. Here we deal with the tips and techniques to help you get those sleeve tearing, giant biceps.

Steps to Better Biceps

More is not always better

Most of the people think that doing more exercise could give them better results. So why not do 4 sets instead of 3? or why not do 10 sets? oh wait a minute, why not exercise all day? But sorry to say, this has no advantage. For most people "Less is often more".Especially if you are not gifted.

So what is the correct strategy? Your main goal should be to outdo your last workout. If you have done 10 reps in your previous workout why not try 12 or even 15 now. Try to exercise with an extra pound today. And once you achieve this then it is time to change your exercise. Dont just waste your time and energy on one exercise only.

Focus on increasing your overall strength

Some of the best body builders rarely even train their arms. They strongly emphasis upon increasing their chest, back and shoulder strength. If you simply focus on increasing the load on your rows, pull ups and chin-ups, then surely your biceps gonna grow proportionally.

Change Your bicep excercises

Every professional guy in the field believe that the two easiest and the most effective exercises to get better biceps are barbell curls and dumbbell curls. According to these guys, these two exercises work more effectively than any other exercises in the world.

Enough Tension

Many weight trainees do not fully know the concept of isolating and training a muscle. They do not really know and understand how to make the muscle work and fatigue. Instead, you will notice a lot of swinging, momentum and sloppy lifting used to move the load from every part of the body except the part they are actually trying to build.

Biceps have a very strong response to "constant tension," which means you should never give them a chance to rest and breath. Keep them in costant tension without pausing. Focus on squeezing the heck out and never let your biceps rest until your set is over.

Conclusion

Follow these tips and you will on the way to great looking biceps and dont forget to leave your comments. Thank u!
